Training locations available for flight training students, Visalia, California. Because the college's primary mission is to service students within the central California district, it is essential to have access to flight training services. The central San Joaquin valley, although great for flying, is plagued by dense fog during the months of December through mid-February. The rest of the year, the weather is consistently good for flying. As a result, courses have been scheduled taking into consideration the winter months. For more information about Visalia, click here
